If you're going for broke, go for Balthazar. A gorgeous French brasserie that packs many a celeb into its chic dining room.
At the first chance of a breakfast meeting (where they're paying) I'll suggest Balthazar for their wonderful, wonderful brekkies. French toast with home-made brioche. Mmm. And as soon as I've been paid, I'm rocking up for the steak frites. My boyfriend likes the moules mar...more

This is a lovely diner, and my recommended first port of call
on any shopping day.
Manatus proudly boasts my top toast and bacon awards (the eggs, tomatoes and hash browns that go with them aren't bad either) and, get ready, they do a lovely cup of tea.
